Kingsbridge Title Agency was founded in 2003 by James “Jim” Kirk. From day one, it was built on a foundation of customer loyalty and trust, and that foundation has never changed.
In 2022, Meir Wenger took over the agency and moved its headquarters to Lakewood, New Jersey. Leading by example, he set out to take Kingsbridge further than it had ever gone.
Since then, he has built Kingsbridge into a title agency operating nationally, and we've been growing ever since. What hasn't changed is the goal: to give every client the support, trust and guidance they need, and complete peace of mind at the closing table.

Before taking over as president of Kingsbridge, Meir was a successful salesperson in industries serving real estate. Today he focuses on the big-picture growth of the agency and leads by example, doing whatever it takes to help Kingsbridge grow.
